National Public Lands Day - Join the Cherry Hill Environmental Board (and the Trail Crew!) on Saturday, September 26th to make a difference for Cherry Hill Township's Open Space lands. Tools, gloves and yard waste bags will be provided for volunteers who will work to improve Township trails, control trail erosion, pick up trash and remove invasive species on Open Space lands at various locations in Cherry Hill.
This event will be similar to the monthly trail crew sessions. Those interested should register in advance: https://bit.ly/3anT3Tn. Volunteers should meet at the large red barn at Croft Farm (100 Bortons Mill Road) at 9 a.m. to sign-in, pick up tools and volunteer assignments. Volunteers are required to wear a mask and bring their own work gloves and water.
National Public Lands Day is the nation's largest hands-on volunteer effort to improve and enhance the public lands Americans enjoy.
October Monthly Trail Crew Session: Kresson Trail voluinteer trail work on Saturday, October 10th, from 9-12. Meet in the trail parking lot off of Kresson Road near the Springdale Road intersection.
